These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Keyframe website and the services offered through it. By accessing this site or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

Services

Keyframe Studio writes, storyboards, animates and delivers explainer, whiteboard, 2D, 3D, premium and motion-graphics video productions. Each engagement is scoped before work begins; the specific deliverables, timeline and price are confirmed in writing. Package prices shown on this site are per 30 seconds of finished animation; the total is calculated from the duration you select at checkout.

Orders & Payment

When you order a package, payment is collected securely at checkout. Work begins once payment is confirmed and we have the information needed to start. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Revisions & Delivery

Delivery timelines and the number of included revision rounds are listed with each package. Additional revisions or scope beyond the agreed specification may be quoted separately.

Refunds

Because our work is bespoke and begins immediately, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us — we will always work in good faith to make it right.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, the deliverables built specifically for you are yours to use. Underlying tools, frameworks and methods that Keyframe develops remain our property. This website's content and branding are owned by Keyframe and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with professional care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law Keyframe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
